An Indian university, which had been conducting its storage operations offline wanted to transition its storage operations online due to easier accessibility and faster data retrieval. The university was planning to expand and hence wanted to switch to cloud computing to streamline operations. The university reached out to Tri Tech Nuro Systems to guide and counsel them during the transition phase. The university opted for Microsoft Azure as its cloud platform.

Aim of the project-

To shift all offline records and other storage to a private cloud (Microsoft Azure)

Core Result Areas

  • All the employee records and student records were shifted to the clouds. 
  • All data pertaining to curriculum and different courses were made accessible so that the changes were visible to all the parties involved.
  • The data was encrypted to ensure confidentiality and any modifications required the permission of the administration department
  • The common storage led to an enormous decline in human errors and the loss of vital university data
  • Over the last 3 years, the university has reported a 160% decline in administration costs.
